I love nothing more than recommending my friends for great gigs.  I believe you can always know more people and that people are worth knowing.  

I believe there is always more to learn. Be a lifelong student.  I believe that we all have something important to teach others.  Mentoring someone helps others, and teaches you so much about yourself.

I train 4-5 days a week for myself, for my life, and for a hobby.  I always have time to talk about people who are passionate about fitness.
